Third Day Rocks!
Well, Third Day’s new album, Wire, finally arrived today (a day late, I might add…). Been listening to it most of the night, and I would have to say that it’s a pretty good album. The jury is still out on where it ranks in relation to their other albums, though. I wasn’t too impressed the first couple of times I listened to it, but I took a break and came back to it later, and would have to say it’s really growing on me now. For the most part, it’s an upbeat album, with several catchy tunes, like “Billy Brown.” The true test comes tomorrow…no rock album can be judged until you crank it up in the car with the windows down on a sunny day as you’re flying down the interstate. Maybe I should skip work and make sure I test it thoroughly on a nice road trip… I’ll let you know how that test goes.
